Service was horrible..waiter dumped my son's food half out of bowl against his apron, then set it on the table. He supposedly replaced it with another serving when I suggested it, but he forgot to clean outside of the bowl which was filthy so I'm sure it was the same bowl. Never go back! !

This place SUCKED!!!! Ordered the supposedly best margarita, which tasted like margarita mix....no tequila......had to order an extra shot, all of which was thrown at me.....shaker and all.....in a martini glass.....if which I had to pour myself! Wtf, over?!?! The staff was extremely obtuse when it comes to anything dealing with a mixed drink, (oh,might I add, the olive in the margarita,) along with the "one napkin allowed" concerning the spilling of my cocktail caused by the idiot bartender!!!!!! Wtf?! After that, we decided that maybe.....juuuuuuust maybe, the jell-o shotsmight be a no brainer. Ooops, guess we were wrong on that one too!!! Tasted like the cheapest vodka money could buy, mixed with the absolute worst kool-aid found!!! I wouldn't depend on this Applebee's to sooth the worst day of my life, or celebrate the best, even if it IS located in a dry county!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waited for over 45 mins for appetizers, an over an over for dinner. Bake potato was hard, shrimp was cooked in old grease, vegetables weren't cooked, terrible service. Will not go back... Applebees in Terrell much better!

After sitting 26 minutes we received our food. Salad tasted dirty and the "manager" told us we had yo ask for butter for the baked potato. A bake potato always comes with butter and cheese. Needs work!
