this company does tremendous work but the full restoration process takes a little over year, i wouldn't want to wait that long. he has 17 employees and the hourly pay for those guys is $65.00 an hour.(for the customer to restore their cars for them). all the guys really average on their paycheck is $20.00/hr every 2 weeks. full resto is about $75,000.00 MINIMUM. MR. HATFIELD isn't good at keepn friends, he lost a fiend he had known for 30 yrs., from how hatfield let me go(fired me). my job there was to clean sweep mop, stuff like that. dale barnes said i wasn't cleanin like i was supposed to be. you can't put me around cars and not get a chance to work on them. plus the body shops are impossibe to clean cuz bondo and primer dust get everywhere. overall they do an excellent job but dont become gary hatfields and dale barnes friend cuz they will just dissapoint you sometime in your "friendship". by the way, i learned alot from mark, bob, tanner, josh, tony, and especially micheal. thank you guys for teaching me.
