STAY AWAY!!! You are better off handling your case yourself, her legal assistant Will handle 99% of your case, and over bill the Hell out of you. Also with my personal experience I was told "you have everything you need to have sole custody, you just can't afford the work required" when I heard those words I realized there is no moral obligations to do the right thing and absolute zero ethical behaviour to be expected. Pay the additional charges of having a lawyer drive to this county. Also on a side not it has been over a year since my case and I am still receiving bills for work she claimed to of completed in regards to lowering my child support with the oag. Can't wait to get back in front of a judge with this!!!

Do yourself a favor and choose a different attorney. She over charges on everything and holds your case for ransom. She actually charges 60 bucks for you to fill out her retainer agreement. That should be a cost of doing business. Her secretary handles the entire case and will NOT relay questions to Roxie. You WILL regret using her if you choose to do so.

overcharges.. (I had her do an uncontested modification to a divorce decree and she wanted almost 3 grand)



I called her once, she answered the phone and I said "could I speak with Mrs. Cluck? and she tells me no that she's not in the office! When SHE HERSELF answered the phone...



We had a meeting scheduled, and when I showed up, she wasn't there and her office was closed!



I would never in a million years reccomend her to anyone!
