Over the years have puchased two trailers and either one or two tonneau covers from A-!. Have always been satisfied. Recently purchased an Undercover Elite LX color matched tonneau. Looks really great. But it either changed the weight distribution or the aerodynamics of the truck. It took me three miles to figure out that the vehicle was not handling or riding the same and would have to come off. Plus the huge hump built into the tonneau reduces rear visibility. I called to inform them of the handling issue and was told that was impossible and there had been no such complaints from anyone else. I am purchasing another brand from another dealer which is flatter and lighter. I will just try to sell this one for whatever I can get out of it.

We had them replace a bar on our chain saw. Our old bar was 18 inches. And they put a 16 inch bar on. They did not call us to make that change. All the while they had 4 of the original chains with it to sharpen. Needless to say they are worthless now that they changed the size of the bar. And we paid to have them sharpened.
