I have sold 3 homes with Max and Kimberly over the years. They have always been wonderful. Always going above and beyond. The first one I sold was in Pasadena, then in Santa Clarita, then I referred my sister to them and she loved them as well. She even had them over for a family BBQ. They have always advised me in, what I feel, was the correct direction. My sister and I have saved literally over $ 85,000 in commission selling our homes with Assist 2 Sell.

They always have had a professional staff, including their transaction coordinator, staff photographer, and flyer delivery person. They have excellent advertising ( that is how we sold our home through the DIRECT TO BUYER program, where they attract active buyers to the property, therefore selling the home without the help of other Realtors, saving us thousands ) including the latest in social media, they even used a drone to promote our home. They droned inside our house.

I remember one of the homes we sold the buyer was asking for so much in the form of a credit, Kimberly was able to negotiate between the buyer and ourselves to keep the deal together and making us both come together to keep the transaction going and later close escrow.

They have been the owners of Assist 2 Sell since 2000.
