I don't even live in Canyon Vi...

I don't even live in Canyon View Estates and my heart reaches out those who have either lost their homes, are loosing their homes or have to endure living under a communist rule!

Just through my inquiry on a "Modular Home" in short sell (That's a Pre-fabricated home, 1/2 step above a mobile home), that is nestled in the foothills of Canyon Country, CA., I have found that based on info provided by some it's residents and my experience, that this "Gated" community that is supposed to be secure, is not so secure and is apparently under "Nazi rule"!

I am in absolute shock by the reviews I have read (over 20) and the personal testimony from three residents who all feel they are being held hostage by the "Lease" holders, and property manager who can't only not manage but has also been described to me as "Attila the Hun" and is in the same class as a drop of sweat!
Mmm!

Apparently the lease holders (property owners) run their real-estate venture (Canyon View Estates) like an orphanage, they favor those who conform to their tyranny and punish those who do not!

They seem to have rules on what and how much they can charge for rent and lease periods as well charging a misrepresented "TAX" which has been presented as a "Lease tax", not a property a "lease tax" on property the lessee does not own?

So how has have these developers/land owners/landlords gotten away with their shenanigans’ for so long.....
Well it does not help when you have realtors like this Shirley Erpenbach from "Realty Executives" who has verbally turned a 1775 sqft shanty in a castle and presented this as a killer deal!!

Oh it's killer alright!

To the winning offer of this property they get an awesome award....
A place in line with the lien holder/bank that owns the over valued shanty that may or may not approve their offer, and if it is they get to pay more than they bargained for.

More like a lease with no cap, no regulations and no ownership!
A killer deal that provides you with 24 hours of security or does it!
A killer deal where you apparently pay the owners property tax on a Willy Nilly!
And a killer deal where you live in the lap of luxury with some zombie neighbors whose pride refuses to let them admit they got scammed into buying something they'll never reap any benefits from!

It's all about the American buck, yours!!
