New management is terrible. My wife and I have lived in the community for 3 years, and the property was taken over by a new management company 4 months ago and the whole community has gone down the the tubes. WE CAN"T WAIT TO GET OUT. Lazy staff, unprofessional service/repair men (don't trust them in your house), dead grass, no parking...etc. I got new neighbors in the apartment above me, 8 people moved in to a one bedroom apartment! Noisy, dirty people, they openly use drugs, play loud mexican music at 7am on Sunday morning, and the management does not care. Real slum lords. We just got a notice today that we can't park on the property for two days (starting tomorrow) while they redo the asphalt...one day notice, and there is no where else to park!!?! Ridiculous. It is one thing after another, the community has really gotten bad. There goes the neighborhood. We are moving out ASAP
