I experience the same rude service. We had a coupon and this seem to upset the owner. We have not been back since and suggest to stay away from this location.

Owner is a complete jerk. Doesn't care about the customer and is stingy. He doesn't accept coupons and values his sauce like its gold, don't take too much he will yell at you. Seen him taking bowls and forks and cups out of the trash as well as sucking up sauce off the table and reusing it. This place disgusts me. Love the food but because of the owner I will never go back to this location.

I gave it 1 star because I love the food at all the locations. Problem is at this location the owner (I think he is) is very very very rude! You can hardly understand him. He yells at you if you take to much sauce. Does not take Flame Broiler Corp coupons, only the ones that says his location. He even yelled at me and said that I personaly put stamps on the stamp card just in order to get free food! The only reason I still eat there is because my wife picks it up!
