The absolute worst !!!!!

The sweet and innocent looking lady, Lucy Nixon, bamboozles you into signing the property management contract then she walks away smiling........only to use the contract against you at a later date with absolutely no flexibility ! When problems occur on the property she has a terrible call response time, several hours during business hours. She becomes angry if you use your own handyman for repairs and she attempts to coerce into using hers. If you have an emergency on your property and she happens to be selling or showing a home you may not hear from her for 24Hrs.

Save yourself the trouble and use someone else, anyone else but her !!!!!
