Our humble beginnings as a company came from the dreams of our founder, Michael Reinert, and inspired by his travels around the country. Michael, being an avid fan of anything Disney, found that most people who refer to themselves as “travel agents” have little experience in the things they offered nor did they possess the customer service skills or service experience that client’s deserved. Michael surrounded himself with people who had similar passions in travel and experience in Disney style customer service, to which he called Dream Makers. These Dream Makers hold themselves to a higher standard than the agents of other agencies who tend to book and sell and then leave the customer to fend for themselves. You can find that our Dream Makers have a wide background in travel and in order to provide the best quality service, we require our Dreamer Makers to go through extensive training for each destination and service we offer. Once they have completed these training courses, they obtain the title of Senior Dream Maker. Though a Dream Maker may not have the title of Senior Dream Maker, it doesn’t mean they are not able to help you obtain that dream vacation that you deserve.
