Went in to have a cavity filled. Dentist refused to repair small cavity until I scheduled a deep cleaning of all my teeth. I found another Densest that would fill my cavity, but Advantage refused to give me a copy of my records and x-rays, which is required by law. Front office is full of young girls who ignore you, and when you call them, it is a nightmare.

*arrived 20 min early to complete new patient forms

*another patient was stretched out on 3 chairs, sleeping

*staff discussed computer issues, faxes, lunch breaks

* 40 min past my apt time, Not One staff had bothered to update me or even acknowledge I was waiting

* Staff seem indifferent, uncaring, rude....



Very Rude and lacking even the knowledge of what good 'bedside' manner is.



Being disrespectful to patients is just NOT OK.

At this point waiting for office manager to call

Receptionist gives medical advice

Refuses to let you speak to MEDICAL STAFF.

Threatned to hang up when i pointed this out. (She did not have a degree in dentistry. ) Rude . And giving dental advice i.e. You have an antibiotic right? Wow. Just waiting to see if i even get a return call... cannot recommend.
