Horrible store manager but wonderful other staff. I expected more from rent a center...its truly a shame that they have such a bad manager with horrible customer service. I cant believe that she even had the nerve to tell me fine if you don't want to deal with me right now but your going to have to deal with me to make your payments EVERY month so I told her no I don't; because of you I'm leaving and not getting ANYTHING and I was astonished when she literally screamed out "good you looked cheap anyways". I couldn't believe someone would say such horrible things..They definitely lost me as a customer. DONT EVER GO TO RENT A CENTER!! PLEASE!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS...well at least the manager didn't. ps: I felt so bad for the 3 other staff that works with her. They were all trying to fix the problem and she just kept making things worse.
