The owner told my wife that drop off was from 7-9. My wife was watching our two daughters that day, and rolled up to the store at 0903. The man running the place, without saying any words and gesturing to his wrist dismissed my wife without even opening his door to her and explaining himself (it was also raining).



When my wife got home looking flustered I asked her what had happened. After telling me, I called the shop and left a voicemail that was civilly asking why my wife was turned away.



I get a call back from the man 10 minutes later cussing me out telling me if "you cant make your appointments go somewhere the F%$^ else dude!". Man is nasty.

I would give this man a negative number if I could. Most rude, mean man I have ever met. He would not even let me ask a question. Just told me to shut the door and leave. I am not sure why he is open??? I can only imagine how he would treat a dog.

NEVER take your animal to this man. This is the MOST unprofessional man I've ever met. My dog is so afraid of him it is pathetic. He is rude, childish, and unprofessional. Highly do NOT recommend.
