they told me i needed a new carb that would cost at least 700. they charged me 106 dollars for taking it apart and cleaning it. I then took my bike to ROC motorsports, behind tropic supply on pondella, Bubba cleand and fixed my carb. he took pics of my carb and said it was never diassembled and cleaned. i left 3 messages and an email to dustin and was never contacted. im instructing my credit card not to pay them. Wow, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SUN SPORTS CYCLE I got a new bike in 2 days had it back in shop. Picked it up not fixed. Brought it back 3 weeks later (parts came in) picked it up again and they did not even fix 1 of the 2 things that needed fixed.Now back 3 rd time to fix a new bike ! Also some of the slowest people at parts counter in back could care less that you are even standing in line or in to talk to them. Never buy from this place drive 2 hr to get a bike it would be worth your time and money.

I just had them rebuild my top end on my scooter, they quoted me 400.00 estimate, after all said and done it only cost me 360.00 and that included new brake pads installed Did a nice job , seems to run good now, helps when it has full compression,,lol I would refer people there,

I Have been looking for a scooter for a long time, i have read many reviews on online retailers. Many of the review were bad, but i still bought from them just because i wanted to save a few bucks, BOY WAS I WRONG!!! It came in a box , unassembled in a bunch of pieces. The company i bought it from said that it had very little assembly required, THEY LIED!. Then once i finally got it assembled, I could not get it running for the life of me. Finally I brought it to Action Motorsports and they quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad carburetor and that the valves needed adjusting. I could never of done those repairs. There rates are very reasonable, but i shouldn't of had to put money into a new bike, and the place i bought it from never reimbursed me at all. I should of just bought from Action to begin with, the bike would of came fully assembled, running with a full tank of gas. And i think they do all the registration work as well. I just wanted to thank them

I honestly believed that all of the negative comments were from a competitor. I was very wrong! Two miles on the 250cc scooter and I am stranded. They sent out their mechanic and he repaired the proble, so I thought. 16 miles and I can't go more than 5 blocks and it dies. I am told that it will now cost me $50.00 to pick it up. Not to mention that the water temperature gauge and kill switch have stopped working!.Avoid at all cost! BBB rating is F.

I bought a 150cc scooter from this joke of a company and it was the worst mistake of my life. Firstly, they do not tell you that the scooter make/model SUNL is banned in the state of FL b/c it is so crappy. Yet, they will sell you one. They will also fail to tell you that their scooters only come with a starter battery and that you have to purchase a "real" battery once you purchase the scooter. You won't find this out until you are out and about and you wonder what the heck just happened.They also will fail to tell you that the stater, which is kind of like an alternator and is what makes your scooter start, is faulty. Also, they claim to sell you "new" scooters, but once you receive your registration, you will clearly see that some of these scooters have been sitting around for a couple of years. I was told my scooter was brand new, yet it was manufactured in 07'.I paid close to $1500 for this scooter. I then had to put in another $500 to fix everything.So, here is my t

My children bought two scooters from Action Motorsports. They where told that they would be able to have them registered in New York State. We were not able to get them registered. I called the dealership up several times. E-mailed them several times and all I got was a big run around. They were even so rude as to hang up on me several times. There ethics in business I would give them a BIG F. They dont care about their customers only about getting money from them. In this case, it was a couple of young kids they took advantage of. Before you go and buy from them really look into what you are getting into.

These people will do anything to sell and pass one by you. They are totally dishonest. FIND ANOTHER SCOOTER SHOP‎

I purchased a 50cc scooter from these jokers and it lasted 15 minutes. These guys sell garbage and will not honor any warranty. Also if u read all the blogs this Dustin guy goes around making his own reviews. Im here to tell u that i have a disappointed son that his birthday present only lasted 15 minutes for almost $600 dollars. I would not piss on this company if it were on fire!

Bought a 250cc scooter for 500 less then anyone else around within 150 miles. Drove down from TAMPA and got the deal of a lifetime. Great price and service was awesome. Ask for Dustin

We were there for them when they needed help, but when it comes to paying their vendors they turn the other cheek. Beware! Do not do business with them unless you receive payment up-front.

Bought my son a ATV form here. I recently bougth a scooter from Biker barn (who would not help me with a warranty issue) action Motorsports fixed it in 1 hr and saved me hundreds on my kids ATV. Dustin was the salesperson. he will work with you. Any issues come up they are there to help. (very rare)

I bought a scooter from this store and only got a few miles away when parts started falling off and the scooter became inoperable. I called them from my cell phone and asked them to come get help me. They told it would be an additional fee. When I returned the scooter for repair they lost my owners manuel and it had setting up there for weeks. I will never do business with that creep again.

I bought a scooter today from them and saved over 1000 dollars . I also got a free helmet and warranty. I would recomend them to anyone. I was happy with the scooter I bought. I bought a 150cc 3 wheel scooter. It has a roof and fits 2 people. Email me if you need a reference for them.

I own a 50cc Roketa scooter and noone would fix it anywhere. Brought it to Action Motorsports and they had it fixed while I waited. They gave me a free drink at Stevie tamatos next door. Thanks You guys rock
