Scheduled a taxi days in advance to go to the airport. Taxi arrived air conditioning was not working the driver told me. It was 94 Deg. at the time. Vans are old and dirty inside.

Provided by YP.comWorst taxi service in cape, tried them twice. The first experience we called for a cab for my fiance to get to work after our car was in shop. He got there five mins early, I walked out and said he will be out in just a few mins, walked in by the time my boyfriend put shoes on and grabbed wallet he left. Literally 3-5 mins. We had to call yellow cab but he was late. The second chance we gave the dispatcher lied saying 15-20 mins I waited over a hour when I called back to see why not there she was rude and unprofessional. The cab was filthy top

Provided by YP.comThe taxi drivers are awful. They always make a detour to get more money. The worst one is James, a male white, fat, pig face who is mischievous enough to secretly place a bag of trash newspaper in front of my apartment every now and then to see if I would pick them up, so that if I don't he would know that I'm not home. His intention is to rob my home while I'm away. He keeps doing that despite my warnings. James should be fired and arrested for harassment!

Provided by YP.comNothing but great things to say here. My driver arrived early, dispatcher was friendly and helpful, cab driver was nice and van was clean. I also called last minute (only an hour notice) and they still got to me early!

Provided by YPmobileHello. I just wanted to bring to your attention that o was not satisfied with my service. I called for a pick up time and was not picked up at that time. I told dispatch that I needed to make one stop and then to the ending stop. I tell the driver I have to make one stop to get my children and then to the ending stop. He said ok. We get to my stop and I pick up my children. The taxi driver now tells me that I need a car seat for my 5 year old. I was not told at any moment that I was going to need a car seat. Im not from here. I did not know that I need a car seat for a taxi. I had to walk at night with 3 young kids. Paid $15 and I didnt even get the service I asked for. If I would of been advised during my call or once I told the driver I wouldnt have called for a taxi. Im very upset and unsatisfied. I also was not advised that my taxi was going to be late until I called asking where they were.

Provided by YPmobileDriver was rude drove with no regard to the safety of passengers or other drivers on the road also stated cops dont messwith us they know us very good. Use this taxi service if no other possible options!

Provided by YP.comHave requested Amber several times in the Cape. Each time they have been over 45mins late or not shown up at all. Once they arrived, I was greeted by less than friendly drivers and beat up vans. Would not recommend
