I rented from them, between 2005-2007. They act as a surrogate landlord, while the actual owner lived far up north. When we got the home it was filthy and falling apart. It took the agency over a year to send out repair men. By then there wasn't much house left. Over the period, the actual owner visited and he was outraged how little care Century 21 had taken of his property (I did as much as possible without going unreasonably deep into my own pocket). When construction on my new home finally finished, and it was time to leave, Century hit me with a bill of damages I apparently caused, and it was signed as inspected by owner (stuff like "roof damage due to satellite installation", I didn't even have satellite). I called the owner directly and he had no idea such an invoice existed, let alone signed off on such. when I questioned century 21, they were silent and offered no defense for them selves. 10 months later and still waiting for my security deposit back ($2000), when they hear its me calling they put me on hold until the line cuts off. Great people to do business with if you like excessive drama and being robbed in broad daylight
