Complete waste of time and extremely poor service. Registered on line received the pass sign in code. Entered code into Kiosk, name appeared on screen as next in line yet, despite the kiosk screen we waited 1 1/2 hours. Nurse assistant seemed unwilling to look into the matter and simply stated I did not appear on her list and there was nothing she could do about.. I stated the obvious to her and her manager their system was not integrated properly. Very poor customer service, inability and an inflexibility to mitigate an obvious flaw, immature nurse or physicians assistant that had poor interpersonal skill sets. Go elsewhere or waste your time.
