Clean and modern. Everybody is always helpful with instructions. Awesome owner! Best shakes in town! I've been a member for 3 years now and I've lost 40 lbs.

Because of this gum I have gained 25 pounds

Great Gym. And I have been to a lot of gyms (including the ORIGINAL Gold's in Venice, CA). Health and Strength has it all: Fully equipped, squeaky clean, experienced gym owner ON SITE! What more could a guy or gal want?

I've only just started at your gym but so far it's been a good experience. Reminds me of the gym I went to for years in New York so I feel comfortable there. And there are so many machines, I'll never have to wait in line to complete my routine.

I like that the gym is clean ,the bathroom clean , the equipments are in good conditions and work . The manager and employees have made my family feel welcomed , The environment is pleasant the same with the people we've seen attend the gym. We will continue to be members
