I love this place, the only place in town that I have found that I am happy about my hair color and cut. They do such wonderful work. If you go to Kym Brown you will leave with hair that looks great. My cut and color are the best I ever had.

I had the best experience at Kym Brown. My stylist Susan listened to me and took the time to give me the best color and cut I have ever had. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. I recommend trying Kym Brown. It is worth it!

I was visiting the Cape Coral area in January of 2011. Mybeautician at home has not given me a proper hair cut ina long time, my hair was a mess. I picked Kyms place out of the phone book for a cut. I thought I didn't have anything to loose.I was so pleased with the cut Tina gave me. It is very hard for a beautician to get it exactly as you want you hair cut the first time, Tina did it! When I returned home I got so many compliments, and was aked who cut my hair. I told themyou have to go to Cape Coral and see Tina at Kyms. 1400 miles away!

The stylist constantly had to ask the manager what to do with my hair, under estimated the time and cost, got chemicals all over my shirt (which is ruined) and then refused to accept the coupons they publish every month! They told me to use it the next time I come in, well that is never happening!!!!!

Its really sad when a stylist is made to apologize for the actions of owners or managers!!!! Even f the stylist had a bad attitude you do not air dirty laundry in the middle of your place of business customers should never be involved!!!!!!!!!!!

Isn't a shame that you have to explain and take blame for your managers behavior.It is inexcusable for any reason. Even more so since your father was dying.She is much older than you and should be able to control her temper.Stop making excuses for others behavior should be your first lesson here. Anna

I visited the other day (11/17/10), and saw Sierra. I had a color, and cut, and it was the best job that I have had here in Cape Coral in the last 10 years. I am very satisfied with the professionalism, and the service provided. I will definitely be back- repeatedly.

I was there the other morning and the owner was going nuts on one of the poor stylist.......yelling screaming outside so loud you could here her inside.Ridiculous, unprofessional as hell.Very uncalled for..........the stylist was in tears.Not a comfortable scene at all.

I went to follow Melissa F.(for Nails) She is the best nail tech around town (I can do nails too) But not like Melissa, She is AWESOME and is a very hard working passionate nail tech. I would love to have her work for me!

I really enjoy my time that I spent there. The girls that work in this salon are very nice. I moved here 8 months ago and every where I went someone messed up my hair. I am greatful for finding my stylist that I have at the Kym Brown. I can assure I will be returning.

It will be BAD for business. Please take this as a warning... This salon looks really nice and Im sure you would like it to succeed.
