Alex with Maximum Solutions (Third Nail) was brought to my attention by a client of mine while discussing high homeowners insurance rates. He had worked on their home and cut their premium by almost 40 percent. Reluctant, I decided to give them a call.

From start to finish Maximum Solutions was by far my best experience dealing with contractors. I reached out to them and within minutes Patrick returned my call. He went over the process of obtaining an estimate and the potential savings by having the hurricane clips in my attic “up to code” and passing the Florida Wind Mitigation report.

The original report did not have great photos, so Alex came out - inspecting my house; confirming what needed to be done for a favorable inspection. He shared the pictures he took and went over the entire process. I promised to follow up after speaking with my insurance agent.

After speaking with my insurance company and learning that I would save over $1300 a year for essentially an $850 fix, it was a no brainer. I immediately scheduled to have the work done with Maximum Solutions.

Kenny showed up to do the work on time. He went over the process before he started and was extremely efficient at his job. Courteous and polite as well.

Patrick thereafter scheduled a new wind mitigation inspection with a local inspector. Inspecting the work, a favorable wind mitigation report was provided for submission to my insurance company. My rates were updated and reduced.

I’m not sure why I didn’t have this work done years ago, but I highly recommend Maximum Solutions should you be in need of insurance/hurricane mitigation services.
