Heads Up We also had the same issues with services.Paid for full service and got a total of a minute of service (we timed Him).When we ask for a break in the fee due to poor service ,they put a lean on my home.Warning.We have a new pool company now and He went over all the issue they were not addressing very sad .

avoid this company. they do not clean the pool and if you do use your pool then they want to charge you extra to clean it..

Yes if your kids swim in the pool and they have to get a toy or goggles out of the pool they say it is so hard to maintain and want to charge you extra and don't ask them to remove any leaves.
