Our rates DO NOT change.
We don't charge a different fee for any services that we offer. It's ALWAYS one rate nothing more, but always less. Most of our customers have more than one computer or problem to address. With other companies that charge flat rate fees per piece of equipment, we say "pile it on"! We have no problem doing 4 things at once!
When you add up the savings of paying hourly versus per job or piece of equipment your savings becomes more and more apparent.
Every penny counts these days we know. Most calls last 1-2 hours, and we bill in 15 minute increments after the first hour.
"A penny saved is a penny earned." That is what I have been told.
We are also available 7 days a week and after hours for emergencies. Our customers know they can count on us day or night.
