We came here seeing it was down the road, Great Photographer, issues with the assistant. They are great with the kids and kept them happy. They gave the kids stickers to keep them happy, however we asked them not to give the kids stickers. The assistant insisted that they would remove the stickers with Photoshop using her skills. Agreeing though worrying that the stickers would show up in the photos, and they did. These photos where for our families back up north for the holidays. Once we got them, they couldn't fix them in time. All they offered was to have them done, but not till the new year. We would also have to turn our photos back in with them. We clarify that we were leaving the 31st so we would have nothing to give to the families up north. Then they said credit us for next time. Frustrated with no real solution we said we will keep them due to no choice. The assistant mention a few comments when we brought up the stickers in the photo "that's it?(sarcastically)" , "You can't really see the stickers, just don't tell anyone what it is.", and "The stickers in a professional photo was no big deal. Just don't bring it up".
When we come to get Professional photographs done and spend over $250 for them; we aspect them to go over and make sure their are no mistakes.
The credit is not worth even going again when we would have to deal with terrible photos.
a side note is when we were choosing our photos another customer came in and she left us for 20 minutes to deal with them cleaning some sort of gift. when we set an appointment to be there
Stay away from this place, there are so many better places for what you pay.
