I had a complete paint job done on my 2000 Toyota Celica by Jody a few weeks ago. Everything was going accordingly during the process. My car was delivered to me at the time it was promised and honestly, it looked great! What an improvement, It looked brand new. Since Jody wasn't the one who delivered it to me I wanted to call him and thank him directly for the great job he'd done. After having looked carefully at the car, I did notice 2 very small areas of concern that I hoped he could touch up so rust wouldn't settle in. I was only able to leave him a message. I tried numerous other times to contact him, even went by the shop during prime hours. The garage was closed. I tried texting. His voicemail box was constantly full when I tried calling. I was able to leave a few messages, which he never returned. The final message was to ask him which color code of paint he used so I could purchase touch up paint and take care of the areas of conern myself. He never called me back. It looks to me that I'm up a creek..on my own.. as far as the 5 year warranty he gave me with the job. What do you think? There's more to being successful in business than delivering a product. Customer service and follow up is also very important and Paint Impresssions failed miserable in that category. I consider myself lucky, however, that I at least got my car back before he decided to disappear.CONSUMER BEWARE!

we have been a small family bussiness for 6 years now and want to thank all of our customers for the great support and bringing in new customers to our family, my husband jody has always been in the auto body,paint, and mechanic field, we strive to help people and are loyal to our customers and honest which now a days go along way, so thank you all for your bussiness and hope to see some new faces soon.

took my monto carlo to jody at paint impressions and explained my situation and how much i could afford, he was so helpful and understanding and we made a deal, when i went to pick up my car i couldnt believe it was mine, it looked like a new car, i was so happy and excited and now driving it i feel like i got a new car,not only was the customer service great,the price and the work, true and honest man of his word!!!
