I went to Paradise Bicycles with my bike to get it fixed, the guy who helped me went through everything that needed doing and advised me not to do it. He didn't need to say that he could have charged me loads of money. i for one was refreshed by the honesty here and i would go back anytime - Tom

I continue to find that this shop provides bad information to customers and all around bad customer service. There are other shops in the area that will provide better service.I have been sent to their Fort Myers location to find that the Ft Myers store didn't even sell the model of the product I was trying to buy. Why send me there? Wasted my time. I have also had to come in to pick my bike up because basic repairs were taking almost two weeks to complete. When I arrived to take my bike elsewhere the owner fixed my bike in 10 minutes flat. A 10 minute job took two weeks and only got done because I came in to take my bike back.I simply can not recommend this shop for anything more than having better hours than some of the other local shops.

Very impressed by the knowledge, advice and service received at the Cape Coral and Colonial stores. Owners are real enthusiasts - not just business owners. Bought my first high-end not from wally world Trek road bike from them. Very happy with my purchase! Also took my mountain bike to them for a tune-up and new chain. Highly recommend Paradise for a new bike or service an existing one!

If you ride a road bike go somewhere else..No communication. Labor costs are out of line. And a smug incompetent punk for a mechanic.

For future reference, posting some pictures of bicycles would probably be helpful to your business.
