I was repairing a company's computer system and I needed a certain adapter. I was on a deadline and really needed to not run to Ft. Myers - I was in a hurry. I arrived at PC Tech and found my 2.99 (maybe 3.99) adapter. I had no cash. They wouldn't let me use my debit or credit card. The rep was unprofessional and was yelling at the owner about something else that had nothing to do with me. I had to leave and goto the gas station. I took money from the ATM that cost ME the $2.50 charge for using it. I then went back to PC Tech to complete my purchase. I was very pissed, felt like my time was wasted, and they made me pay 2.50, when their service fee would be less than that. My best friend has used this place for 17 years, and I have gone in there every once in a while for items. I won't be back, and neither will he. I believe this is illegal, anyways -- Or against Visa or the Banks terms of service.I'm leaving a 3 star, because they have been good up until that point

I have been a customer of PC TECH for about 15 years. I have purchased 3 computers during that time. My experience with them has always been very good. The service is great, the build time is fast, and follow up if needed is right there. You can get a computer just the way you want, not the way someone else wants and at around the same price. For my money it’s worth a trip (or a phone call) to talk to them. They know computers and will help you with either a new system or an update to your computer. When calling PC Tech, I like talking to the person that will solve my problem not some help desk 2,000 miles away. I can buy a computer anywhere but I can’t get the hands on service that I can get at PC Tech. I would rate this business A++

I have a small business that relies on my computer. PC Tech has not only custom built and altered my computers for special needs, but when a problem arises, they have me back up and working within hours. They even make house and office calls. My daughter home schools and relies on PC TEch when she has a problem. No one more knowledgeable or reasonably priced in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area.

I have been using PC Tech for over 5 years. I always get great and fast service, the staff there are always helpful in answering my questions and whenever I have a problem they go to great lengths to explain it and how to remedy it.
