I called this company at 1:34 pm on Tuesday about a problem I was having with my pool. They told me it was too late to send a service tech over the same day. The fellow I spoke to PROMISED me that someone would contact me this morning BEFORE 9 am to give me an ETA of the service call. NO ONE CALLED before 9 am, at 9 am, after 9am, after 10 am, after 11 am……At 2:30 pm, I got a call from a service tech saying he will be at my place in 5 minutes. By that time, I had already contacted someone else to fix the problem.

Why would a company tell a prospective customer they are going to call and not follow through at all? This is a very bad way to contact business. They have lost a customer for good. If they keep this nonsense up, they are not going to do well.

Had a problem with my spa remote wiring …..they fixed , however …. I could no longer access my iaqualink online . They said they could not fix and I had to call Jandy as it was an app problem . I called steve @gulfcoast pools he was excellent , said they had a wire crossed and he corrected problem . Thing here is ….pool doctor would not refund their service call ….they messed up my system but because they repaired the spa remote they felt they were entitled to payment. so go ahead and call them to mess up your system then call steve to fix after .

Great experience with this company! Alan, the technician, was excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional! We have had problems with our salt generator since installation and he solved the problem in 30 minutes! Will highly recommend this company to anyone having pool issues! ��������

pump "froze up" anad to be replace

Pool Dr. serviceman, Daniel, arrived an d installed new pump this morning. This was a warranty repair and there was some difficulty in getting new pump (took too long) but seems to be O.K. now.

My husband has been going to Pool Doctor for over 10 years for our pool supply needs.The staff has always been extremely knowledgeable and professional. So when we developed severe stains in our pool, and we were afraid we may have the expense of refinishing our pool, they were our first point of contact. Dave has done an outstanding job in the stain diagnosis and stain treatment, and my husband and I are thrilled with the results.
