Not one to write reviews but this company is deserving. Like most people my AC quit,(on a Sunday evening no less), and in addition to my discomfort I was in distress about having it fixed, number one because sleeping without is almost unbearable for me and of all nights for it to go out it was the one that i had plans to have company over in less then 2 hours.... Called the 800 number (bracing myself for them to tell me the outrageous amount it was gonna be for weekend after hours), only to hang up the phone 5 minutes later after having one of the co-owners answer personally and professionally, tell me that he was just finishing up a call on the other side of town but I was close to where he lived so rather then sending another tech he'd be by within and hour. Also said the its a policy for the new company to build a good customer re pore that the service fee would be normal to any regular week day visit (significantly cheaper than the guy i had out for a system check 2 months before from another company). An hour later he arrived, within 15 minutes he'd found the problem, spoke to me to discuss his finding, gave multiple solutions, (short term, long term, high cost, low cost, reliability, ect) and then gave me a few to think it over myself. Long run, he cut me a deal on the part i needed (i checked with a friend in the business who verified it was a good deal/price) and was done as my friends were pulling in. Long, very long, story short, great great company with great owners who were professional, knowledgeable, fair, and quick!! Use them!

I used these guys when my air conditioner was making my carpet soaking wet and my room warm. They came out and took their time explaining what was wrong, what it was going to take and how much it was going to cost. I checked a couple of other companies to see how their quote would compare. Southwest Air Quality was a lot less expensive. I really appreciated their approach. I wasn't pressured to do anything I didn't want to, and I felt great about my decision to let them do the work. The job even took longer than they originally thought. Guess what, they still stuck to the original quote. I chose to use them again immediately when my upstairs air conditioner started acting up. I strongly recommend them.
