Provided by YPmobileI received a government check from social security. I tried to cash it and I was told by bank manager that there was a 9 day hold on it. She stated that government checks are not considered safe to cash. Nine day hold is outrageous. I picked the wrong bank. If you need a place to cash checks, don't open an account here.
