I purchased a groupon for the service at this place and schedule an appointment for a Saturday morning. The appointment was confirmed by them via text message. But they called me a day before the appointment date and canceled it. They asked me to reschedule. I was not happy but had no other choice. So I rescheduled it for the following Saturday. Then on the appointment day, they called me again a few hours before the appointment and CANCELED IT AGAIN! I cannot believe it. This is the most horrible experience I have ever had with a hair salon. They don't seem to care about the business or customers at all. The reasons they gave for both cancellations were that the stylist had an emergency situation. So I guess either I was very unlike to have two stylists in emergencies twice in a row, or they are hiring lots of unprofessional stylists. I should have listened to the other bad reviews from the internet about their bad customer service. It's true! I am returning my groupon and will not recommend this salon to anyone.
