Will not go back to Bob's shoe store. There are other options in Cape Girardeau. Normally go to Brown's and shouldn't have went here to begin with. Store is old and dirty with a musky smell. My husband bought work boots. They didnt have a wide instock so he went with the regular with. The sales lady states that this particular boot was roomier and should work. My husband tried the boot on again at home and didnt like the feel. When when took the boots back in the original box, unworn he was unable to exchange because he couldn't find the receipt that he thought was in his wallet. The sales lady had a terrible disminer. The shoes were re sellablr. They had only been tried on and never worn. I do not understand why she was so rude and didnt provide better customer service. Never again. I will take my business elsewhere.
