Dealing with them means talking with unflexibe, unpredictable, and unprofessional people.They're so desperate to find something wrong and charge this to your account that I feel so much anxiety when they come over. It doesn't feel like a home when I'm living in their property. I'm so desperate to move and finish my lease just get a different landlord. At least I'll have peace of mind.

Any time maintenance comes over, I cringe. Executive Property Management add unexpected charges to your account, forcing you to visit their office and haggle with them. After you explain the charge is a mistake, they say "well, good thing you came in!" Then the same mistake happens the next month. Over and over again. I never feel like they're looking out for me.

On top of this, I receive passive aggressive text messages from the landlords telling me that after changing my air vent, I have to drain my fish tank or else I'll be evicted. Dramatic much? Also, I must throw away all my candles and ensure that my second cat had been noted on my lease. I mean WHAT THE?
