I have never written a review on here before today, but after staying here I felt the need to.. When I called to find out information they had told me they would even honor my aarp discount, then charged me full price afterwards without my knowledge. I woke up to find that I had gotten a rash all over from sleeping in their beds, they had told me that they used tide detergent, but I use that at home so I know it wasn't an allergic reaction to that. Also when I made note of it to let them know that something had to be wrong, they actually told me "then don't stay here".. In my day I've only seen a few companies treat customers like the customer needs them and not the other way around, and I feel that if that's how they want to conduct business they don't need mine and would let others know just what it is they are getting into.
