We decided to try Buffalo Wild Wings on Friday 5/11/18 at 6;30pm. When we walked into the place the manager and 4 servers were standing around the entrance booth. No one acknowledged us and finally after 3mins one of the servers said how many? We said 2. We were seated near the carryout area. After 8 mins of sitting there and no one coming to take a drink order. One of the ladies at the take-out area asked if anyone had come to take our order? We stated NO; but I also told the yound lady that we were only going to sit there for another 3 mins before we leave and take our business else where! About 2 mins later a server came and said can I take your order? Wow! No introduction she appeared to have an attitude! The manager never came by to speak with guest but he did manage to hang out at a table near the bathroom as if he knew those guest!! My wife's meat in the Philly Wrap was burnt! She sent it back but a manager never came to see if he could do anything or so we could show him the BURNT MEAT in the Wrap!! As I looked around I noticed several people sending items back but NO MANAGER coming out to speak with any guest!!! Customer Service is TERRIBLE!!! It's a shame we have to go to BOWIE for a good meal and service!!!
