Agent Mike Castle was the *only agent in CALIFORNIA* who was willing to work hard for someone without six figures to spend: like many others these days, I was forced to sell (at significant loss) and was left with around $120K to find a SFD somewhere in California. After looking at distressed properties from Mendocino to Mojave and having my time totally wasted by agents who did not want to help someone with so little CASH, I decided to focus on Santa Cruz County, where I've lived before and was my preferred choice but also didn't think I could afford. When Mike Castle appeared in my life, it was the beginning on my road to success....



Mike Castle went the extra mile and more. Minus expensive lunches (!) I got the same treatment as someone with a quarter mil. We looked at everything in my range, regardless of how far-flung from his base of operations. Being aware that I was an hour-and-a-half drive away, my trips were kept minimal and productive--he never suggested looking at properties that were "more practical" like a condo in my price range rather a SFD: Mike Castle prevailed with my criteria and I am now the owner of a tiny creek-side cabin for under $100k that has great neighbors (not too close!) is close to everything (I can walk to Safeway) but feels and is private, secluded and peaceful. The money I saved on the purchase is allowing me to turn this 538sf place

into an off-grid hide-away just the right size to affordably heat and maintain. As a single woman on Social Security, I feel Mike Castle acted as much as a life-coach

as a RE agent in helping me find my home...and this place really is HOME--getting more so every day, thanks to the contractor Mike Castle recommended, John Keller,

another man who has just been an Energizer Bunny here getting my place ship-shape, and Keith Dalton who also has been The Best.

This situation was one of the worst of my life. I could as easily be sleeping in my car as living in this cabin were it not for Mike Castle, John Keller and Keith Dalton. And I am where I really really wanted to be. It is a freakin' miracle and all these guys are angels, Praise Jah and burn one!
