Have had usually good experience with this store; however the first timey daughter baought a phone there, they didn't put the battery in. She has also had issues with the battery losing power/not charging (LG4) and they sold her another LG which has the same problem. There is a woman customer service employee there who is very rude; the other customer service representative s are courteous.
