Great shop! Great service! Great people! We have been customers for years and are very happy. Best bike shop in Southern Illinois!

Honestly, this shop has some nice stuff and very nice bikes. The staff, except for the owner is very helpful. Many of the technicians are very good and know bikes. However the customer service is horrible. The owner is an awful lady and just for that I will never return again. Terrible service skill and I will never again support her.

Stay Away!!!! There are better options. I dropped off my child at school and was told an approximate price of 50 and it would be done in 2 to 3 days in time for the start of school. They would call me that night. No call. Next day stopped back at shop now price is well over $100.00. Talk me into what great service etc. I pay up front as I had to go back home. Bike not done like promised. Five days later they have not even stated on bike. They said they would give me 10% off and give my son 25.00 when he picked up bike. Several days later when bike is finally finished they refused to give the 25.00 and said they added a part on his bike which he obviously didn't need since it was never in the estimate of what was wrong. We said we wanted the money like promised not the extra part that we didn't need. But of course they had to take the part off and guess what they threw out my sons bike part that they took off and changed without even asking!!! So they said to take the bike or they would call the police. They are totally untrustworthy!!! When you are out of town they totally take advantage of you and take parts off you didn't even authorize. There are lots of bike options in Carbondale do not go to this one!!!!!!
