These guys are really friendly and explain the issues/possible solutions for your computer very clearly. I felt like I was having a couple of my friends take a look at my rig. In this case, the "local talent" is just as proficient (if not better) than their corporate counterpart. So if you can't find a fix yourself, skip the geek squad at Best Buy and check this place out. Side note: At first we thought employees of the auto shop also worked on computers which raised some suspicion. But turns out they just share the building.
