The difference training with Extreme K-9 has made in my dog's life ... is so incredible and rewarding. My fourth Golden retriever has an independent spirit, likes her own ideas much better than anyone else's and was anxious. Extreme K-9 worked her through the anxieties and taught her how to think and her confidence soared. They then helped me to reinforce the training and develop daily work I could do at home with her. Through continued training, she has absolutely blossomed into a joyful, confident girl with the most incredible work ethic of any dog I have ever owned. She's a joy to live with, come home to and teach new things.

As a veterinarian, I see behavioral issues in dogs (and their owners!) on a very regular basis. I know that the relationship between the dog and the owner could be so much better if there was a better understanding between the two. I see lots of situations that get out of control by owners who wanted to do better by their dogs, but had no idea how to communicate their desires, nor understand the dog's needs. Xtreme K-9 helps bridge that gap, bringing back the joy and peace that can be found in a stable bond. As with some medical issues, behavioral issues do not appear overnight, so likely will not be repaired overnight. Reprogramming takes time, but is well worth the effort. I personally attended the dog psychology presentations held by Xtreme K-9 and learned so much about why dogs behave as they do and how the humans in their lives sometimes only muddy the waters of their understanding. I wish more of my clients would seek assistance with behavioral training at this level of professionalism, intellect and caring so that the deepest level of the human-animal bond could be enjoyed.

I attended the Canine Behavioral Psychology lecture given by owner Behesha Doan. This was an eye opening lecture that gave me a new insight to dog behavior. I thought I knew dogs only to discover dogs have a completely different way of perceiving human behavior. I tried a few of the techniques I learned and my dog had immediate response. I recommend this lecture to all dog owners, shelter workers and veterinarians who want to learn how to really communicate with dogs and to understand what dogs are trying to tell them.
