I would give it less than one star if I could. This is the first negative review that I have ever written, but the service is so bad at this eye center that I really want to warn people not to bother to go there. Just called to get a pair of replacement glasses because I've lost my current once I spent 45 minutes on the phone while she tried to get her computer to work quote unquote. I told her I did not have insurance. 10 minutes later she asked me what my insurance what I told her I needed to get the glasses right away several minutes later she proceeded to tell me why she couldn't get the glasses for me. This is the manager that I am dealing with. The service associate has always been very helpful, however the manager seems to delight in telling you why she can't do what you need done. A few months ago when my eye glasses were broken and I needed to get another pair of eye glasses I had to wait for several weeks while she checked with every outlet in the country to see if they had my old frames before I could get my glasses replaced then I had to wait a couple weeks for them to come in after about six weeks I had my replacement glasses. Go anywhere other than here.
