I lived at one of their Marion properties through 12-2012. Was broken into twice - they made no attempt to make it more secure. Worse, even though I fulfilled my lease and was essentially with them month-by-month, they wouldn't let me move to another location without signing a new lease for another long-term commitment, even though my personal circumstances prevented \me from doing so (I was adraid I would be relocated by my company before leae was up). No regard for renter who paid lease in full every month and took care of my apt. There are a lot of choices in Marion and Carbondale, don't choose Mountain Valley Properties.
