I have no problem with the staff at Adams, very nice people, it's the service. I keep getting some of my premium channels cut off and the box needs to be reset, another problem is when watching CNN the sound and picture will go out or the screen will freeze, I have to switch channels to reset. I've been with Adams a long time, no complaints, but I don't know what's going on lately.

Bunch of crooks charged me for a month of cable that I didn't get and now are trying to ruin my credit for it I left and am now streaming through frontier communication and it is cheaper.

Hard to get a hold of! Very unfriendly, discourteous customer service people! Behind the times! Overpriced! Only offer one package deal. Doesnt even compare close to our prior cable service! Wish we had other options!

Every time I have had service workers come to my house they have been friendly, competent and informative. I think the people who like to grumble are more likely to write reviews than those who don't .

Heads up to all customers! I just got the digital upgrade done last week and just got my July bill today in mail. There was a BOGUS new additional charge on there for a WI-FI Internet pkg priced at $99.99 per month! I called and the customer rep said that was wrong and would be removed. Everybody should look out for this!

Crap. Bad service, Really Bad ...

Overpriced Choppy Tv. No Good Channels, Lots of infomercials, And old outdated screensaver channel they call advertising!!! STAY AWAY if you can! Look at there reviews on Facebook im not alone on this!! Support is useless.

I'm going to miss you!

I have been with adams cable for over 7 years and I'm moving, and I wish I could take their service with me!



There broadband price and their cable television price are equal to none. They always have someone on the phones, and they are very dedicated to get your service back up and running if there's a blip.



I've had them replace my modem and a length of wiring from my house to the phone poll for nothing, and I have nothing but praise for this company.
