I brought two rings to be resized and one broke soon after being resized. I brought it back to be re-soldered and was told there would be no charge. When I picked up the ring I was told I had to pay and when I objected the owner was rude told me he had discussed things with me that he had not and threw the rings across the counter and told me never to bring the ring back. This was this an awful experience and I would encourage everyone to take their business to someone who will value you and your business.
