45 years in the business tells me this company knows how to take care of their customers and do it right. Mr Dean is all about his customers which include his employees. It is a warm and friendly atmosphere and they take care of business. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here

Came by to “look” on Tuesday and Mr Greg did an outstanding job and needless to say we took delivery today, Mr Johnny did our final walk around and i have to say THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER... he answered all questions and then some. I would highly recommend the whole team !!!

While towing our 33 ft travel trailer we had two blowouts on the right side. We were broke down in front of Primeaux RV. The manager and his staff came out and changed our blown out tires, putting the spare that we already had on and giving us an extra tire that they had in the shop. Thank you so very much Primeaux RV. Your kindness will not be forgotten. I would recommend them for your camper needs. They even treated us to an afternoon cup of coffee.

Have a raptor toy hauler second one I buy from Primos had nothing but problems with the service department was involved in an accident insurance company recommended having it repaired at Primos was not able to use it right off due to medical issues but went back to have some issues taken care of would not take care of me and said as for as they were concerned it was my problem would not recommend buying a camper with these people. They would not even come out and look at it now I have $100,000 camper that I cannot use mold is growing in it having all kind of electrical issues and will have to come out of my pocket to have it repaired even though I was in the right in the accident.

BJ was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get us the camper we wanted for a great price! Thanks, BJ!

My wife and I were in the market and found the RV that we wanted at two different dealers. Primeaux RV beat the other dealer in price and service! Salesman Grant Fontenot did a great job helping us with our purchase and we camped in it the same day we drove off of the lot. They had everything we needed in their on-site store and installed my trailer brake while we did the paperwork. We had a great experience there and would recommend buying from Primeaux RV!

This weekend I was fortunate enough to have a camper set up for me from Primeaux RV for KBON music festval. It was a used camper but I never would have guessed. It was beautiful and clean. Even the bed was comfortable! Our contact even came out to see me to make sure I had the right key!! We purchased our first camper from Primeaux and got many years out of it. The layout was exactly what i had in mind and the price was even better. Thanks Primeaux!! :)

The staff is very knowledgeable about their RVs and their pricing is super competitive so much so that you could even drive in from neighboring states and vacation home and still spend less than you would at your local RV Dealer.

Sales is no pressure and they are driven to helping you to find the right trailer for your needs that fits within your budget and intended RV Lifestyle. Meaning they will ask you questions such as, are you taking long trips in your trailer, how many people will typically be with you, how often do you anticipate camping in your RV and so on...
