We used this business for a fitted boat cover after a friend recommended them. Cover fits perfectly and we have had no problems for 3 years now. Getting ready to check into jet ski covers.

I checked 1 because it was the lowest #, but I give this business a big Zero! Please, please if your in the Joplin area do not use them.

I set up an appointment with them and had to wait a month to get my boat seats in. No problem. I dropped my seats off and was told they would be ready in 2 weeks. Well 5 weeks later they were still not ready. I was frustrated so when I went to check in person, after getting a different story every I called, I was insulted by their employees for asking why it was taking so long. They had my seats for 5 weeks!! Nothing was done to them!! After an argument with them the owner calls me to pick up my seats. What? They had my seats for 5 weeks! Now I have to find someone to else. Rediculious! This place is a joke, do not use them!!
