Provided by YP.comThey use fake liquor and mediocre food and disguise it as high-end stuff, and charge for high-end stuff. The waiters make less money than restaurant waiters and are therefore not as good at what they do, most of the buspeople do not speak English, they don't pay their employees overtime pay, and many of the cooks and diswashers are probably illegal immigrants, the valets leave guests' car keys on the tire of the car so anyone could steal it, and they do not regularly clean the bar areas which therefore attract insects.
