Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Made me get two appraisals and pay out of pocket for both. Kept telling me my refinance would be approved but once we tried getting a closing date, every one started ignoring us. Very unprofessional. Will not answer phone, will not return emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!!!

My encounter with loan officer Douglas Zucker, was horrible from day 1 he was non professional, disrespectful, condisending, arrogant I have never met anyone so disgusting!!! He lied and ran my credit without me signing a Authorization for and lied about it! He takes pride in letting you know his family owns the bank! Is that why he feels he can do what he wants? Family owned or not he is a liability not an asset to this company very disgusting person the thought of him telling me I owed him an apology for his lies is Sicking!!! He knew why I was calling and dodged my phone calls I had to call from an unknown# to address his on his illegal actions! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
