I went to this car wash on June 7, 2018 and paid for an $8.00 dollar car wash with my debit card, I drove into the wash bay and was getting soaped up when the system stopped, I had to drive out and pay another $8 dollars with the same debit card just so I could get all the soap and other products off my car, the system did work the second time, however, I feel I should be compensated for the second $8 wash fee, perhaps a free coupon! I have tried to contact the owner of Maggye Jo's Bison car wash in Carlisle, but no one ever picks up the phone and message just says, "can't take call, call back," it would be nice if there was an option for car wash issues to contact the owner, I will probably not go there again. Ridiculous and not a professional business.
