Do NOT buy a trailer here!!!! After several positive conversations with Greg (the owner), I drove three and a half hours to pick up my trailer. I was treated very well by the office staff and outdoor staff, but NOT Greg. My trailer was filthy and I had noticed that the trailer that was picked up before mine was washed, leading me to believe that was part of their service. I asked the gentleman who was hitching up my trailer if he was going to wash it. He wasn't planning on it, but he started washing it, since I asked him to. While he was in the process, (which would have taken about 5 minutes) Greg told him to stop and I didn't see this happen. I walked over to talk to Greg while he was sitting in a parked fork lift and he shooed me away as if I were a pesky fly. He moved the fork lift and got down and I approached him again. I asked him if he told the guy to stop washing it and his response was "we're busy" and he walked away. I then told the guy hitching up my trailer (who was very nice) that I wasn't leaving until it was washed. He washed it and Greg walked by and looked at me with a very sarcastic smirk on his face!! Unbelievable!!! I just spent $7000.00 and this is the treatment I receive. I can't begin to tell you how that ruined the whole experience! I am a firm believer in customer service and this is not what I expect when making any purchase, let alone something of this expense. If I hadn't already paid for it, I would have driven away without the trailer. I am a small business owner and I can't imagine being rude and disrespectful to a customer! I have zero respect for him and would encourage anyone looking for a trailer to look elsewhere. I was very impressed by the quantity of trailers on site and wheel options, etc. However, after this experience I wish I would have purchased my trailer locally. Don't let the large inventory reel you in. Good customer service is far more important! Please don't make the same mistake!!!!

Drove 2 hours to check them out glad i did . No high pressure salesmen, got to walk around check out the inventory. Someone was easy to find if there was a question. Don't try to push unneeded options on you.
Yes a on site notary would be nice but till i got back my trailer was ready to go and it's not like the notary was far away. If i need another trailer i know where i am going.
Also web site was a great help prior to getting there.
