Was told floors would take 3-5 days & would be started on 2/22. Subfloor started 2/22 but didn't return until 3/1 to continue. Monte had a death in the family which I can sympathize with but from 3/1 on I never received a single call from him. I called on 3/4 he said he would be there 3/8 and would be done 3/11. On 3/8 no one came, On 3/9 no one came, I called, he said he would come that night. Wed and Thurs they worked 6- midnight, sawing, hammering, nailing which caused my neighbors to complain. Twice I stopped to check on things doors & windows were open and lights were on with no one there. There was stain all over molding & walls. There are chunks of paint & drywall out of walls. He did not repair the steps & admitted he forgot about that. He said he would come back and finish the floors in 3 weeks, but I am not willing to allow him back in my home. Attempted to show him pics of damage & he said this was a construction zone & I should've expected this. A nightmare from day one.
